Le fait qu’il n’y ait toujours pas de consensus au Conseil pour ouvrir le chapitre « énergie » dans les négociations d’adhésion avec la Turquie (Chypre continue à bloquer ce dossier en raison d’une dispute avec Ankara sur l’exploration des ressources de gaz et de pétrole dans la mer Egée) ne doit pas empêcher l’UE et la Turquie (en savoir plus…)
