IKV Brief « A visa-free Turkey for all EU citizens » prepared by Junior Researcher Deniz Servantie explains in detail the hypothetical lifting by Turkey of the visa obligations for all EU citizens. The brief further adds that it is a criteria of the Visa Liberalisation Roadmap within the framework of the ongoing negotiations on the Visa Liberalisation Dialogue between Turkey and the EU.
